Parenthood 4×05 ‘There’s Something I Need to Tell You…’: You’re shorter than a lot of grown-ups

So I started to feel like a total douche bag because Amber’s awkward moment with Christina at the beginning of the episode made me crack up when I probably should have cried, but then that ending! I was a mess from the second Haddie walked in with that serious look on her face. I love how they focused on everyone’s reactions instead of watching Christina explain everything for the billionth time this week. Crosby’s was my favorite for comedic purposes, because he’s clearly staring at her face, then her boobs, then back to her face. I do still think that Adam should have told him at the office or even at the ball game. Am I the only one who watched with clenched fists and gritted teeth during those scenes? I also wanted to see more of a breakdown when Haddie called Adam on the phone. It was great that he held back his tears while they talked, but when they hang up he just sighs and looks like he’s about to fall asleep. Come on! Read more…
